As a roommate, I'm clean, will clean the sink, even if it's not my plates, cook mean Thai food, and will bring home a bottle of wine, Grey Goose, or goodies for the community pot. I have a car for roomie road trips. As a NYC native, I value diversity unless you're a born-again-asshole. I'm a respectful male who's lived with males and females, with no issues. I prefer to live with 20s professional or students, with no kids, substance abuse problems, or passive-aggressive tendencies. Dogs are welcomed unless they're ugly and eat my Prada loafers. I'm into fitness, played D1 football, can teach you kickboxing, break dancing, fix your laptop, and volunteer with kids with disabilities. I'm social, like to party, but not a frat boy, drink sometimes, nocigarettes, am 420 friendly, but don't smoke. I'd enjoy similar active social and responsible roommates, whom I can be friends, not necessarily BFFs, but can share a glass of wine, run at pier alongside, but no stage five clingers. I believe in open communication and won't tolerate passive-aggressive, stingy, and narcissistic types. It's a plus if you have a healthy lifestyle, enjoy sports, and can teach me a party trick, especially ballroom dancing. A partner for the next half marathon is great. I'm open-minded, tolerant, and accepting of people's quirks, but don't get along with racists, sexist, or paranoid psychotic and pushy people.

I believe in a non egocentric relationship with mutual respect. Move-in costs of first month's and security, with rent paid on or before the 1st, with no crap fees! In the response include move-in date, length of stay, any references, and describe one pet peeve you have about roommates.
No money or written guarantees will be exchanged unless we speak LIVE. This is a great bargain, especially without the 15% brokers fee.
