Todd holds bachelor’s and master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

Steve is our President and Chief Strategy Officer. Steve is responsible for driving the long-term growth of Plexus through global alignment of our market-driven strategy while ensuring the technology and innovation are in place across our global organization to sustain success.
Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and technology from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, a master’s degree in electrical engineering and computer science from Marquette University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin Madison.

Patrick is our Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Patrick is responsible for leading the strategic direction of our Finance team, including the oversight of Plexus’ financial analysis and reporting processes.
Patrick holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Wake Forest University and a master’s degree in business administration from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.

Lori is our Chief Human Resources Officer. Lori is responsible for overseeing the Human Resources strategy that supports Plexus’ strategy and business objectives, with a focus on accelerating talent development, team member engagement and our Diversity & Inclusion journey.
Lori holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources through SHRM.

Angelo is our Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel and Secretary. Angelo is responsible for overseeing Plexus’ global legal strategy and the management of legal matters. He is also responsible for the oversight and execution of our compliance and ethics strategies, as well as oversees our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) programs.
Angelo holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Columbia and juris doctor and a master’s in business administration degrees from Fordham University.

Jackie is our Corporate Controller. Jackie is responsible for overseeing corporate accounting and financial reporting and compliance, ensuring operational excellence across Plexus.
Jackie holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and information technology from Marquette University and is a certified public accountant.

Heather is our Senior Vice President of SustainingServices. Heather is responsible for leading the strategy and operational execution of Plexus’ SustainingServices solution.
Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in mining engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
Ronnie Darroch
Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer
Ronnie is our Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Ronnie is responsible for leading our Global Operations team, including the development and deployment of critical technologies, capabilities and processes.
Ronnie holds a higher national diploma in electrical and electronic engineering, as well as a postgraduate certificate in industrial and operations management. In addition, he holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of the West of Scotland.
Kristine Groholski
Senior Director - Brand Experience
Kristine Groholski is our Senior Director of Brand Experience. Kristine is responsible for elevating and accelerating the Plexus brand across the globe. She is focused on driving our Plexus vision of helping create the products that build a better world by advancing an integrated, global brand-building strategy that promotes our One Plexus brand experience and purpose driven initiatives.
Kristine holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.

Shawn is our Vice President of Investor Relations. Shawn is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of Plexus’ investor relations strategies.
Shawn holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from The Pennsylvania State University.

Chris is our Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain. Chris is responsible for Plexus’ direct supply chain sourcing and is accountable for its strategic vision, organizational performance and flawless execution.
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Illinois – Urbana-Champaign, and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Andy is our Chief Customer Officer. Andy is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of Plexus’ market sector strategy, with a focus on ensuring customer service excellence.

Kyle McMillan
Chief Information Officer
Kyle is our Chief Information Officer and leads our Global Information Technology organization. Kyle is responsible for creating and executing Plexus’ information technology strategy, which includes overseeing our cyber and information security solutions.
Kyle holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Strathcylde, Scotland.

Steve Rogers is our Vice President of Tax and serves as Plexus’ Treasurer. Steve is responsible for all aspects of Plexus’ tax and treasury functions.

Megan Schleicher is our Senior Director of ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance). Megan leads our global ESG program and is responsible for integrating ESG into Plexus’ corporate strategy in order to create long-term value through the development of key initiatives, facilitating global alignment and communicating progress to our key stakeholders.
Megan holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a juris doctor degree from Drake University.

Victor Tan is our Regional President of the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. Victor is responsible for leading the APAC regional strategy, focused on delivering targeted financial growth, as well as customer and team member satisfaction.

Ryan Weiland is our Senior Vice President of Global Engineering Solutions. Ryan is responsible for the global strategy of Plexus Engineering Solutions across all of Plexus’ design centers.
Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Frank is our Regional President of the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. Frank is responsible for leading the EMEA regional strategy, focused on delivering targeted financial growth, as well as customer and team member satisfaction.
Frank holds an MBA from Glasgow Caledonian University and has more than 24 years of experience in the EMS industry, including 12 years in executive leadership roles.

Chair of the Board
Dean has served as Plexus’ Chairman of the Board since 2013. Dean retired as President and Chief Executive Officer of Plexus in 2016 after serving in such roles since 2002. He joined Plexus in 1984 and held various other executive roles, including prior services as its Chief Operating Officer. He was a Director of Regal Rexnord Corporation, a manufacturer of electric motors, electrical motion controls, power generation and power transmission products.
Dean earned a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
Dr Joann Eisenhart
Director, Chair of the Compensation and Leadership Development Committee
Joann retired as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at The Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, a financial services and insurance provider, in 2019. Prior thereto, she served as Senior Vice President - Human Resources, Facilities and Philanthropy at Northwestern Mutual from 2013 until 2018, and as Senior Vice President - Human Resources since 2011. Joann previously served as Senior Vice President - Human Resources at Pfizer Inc., a global biopharmaceutical company, and held various leadership positions at Rohm and Haas Company, a manufacturer of specialty chemicals.
Joann earned a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She also earned an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University.
Rainer Jueckstock
Director, Chair of the Audit Committee
Rainer retired as Executive Vice President of Tenneco Inc., a producer of automotive emission control and ride control products and systems, in 2023. He assumed this role in 2018, when Tenneco acquired FederalMogul LLC, an automotive and industrial equipment supplier. Rainer has also served as President of Federal-Mogul Powertrain since 2018, after having served as its Chief Executive Officer since 2012. Prior to the acquisition of Federal-Mogul, he also served as its co-Chief Executive Officer and as a Director since 2012, and as co-Chairman of the Board since 2015. Before joining Federal-Mogul, he was a member of the German Military.
Rainer earned a degree in Engineering from the Military College at Zittau, Germany.
Todd Kelsey
Director, Chief Executive Officer
Todd has served as Chief Executive Officer to Plexus since 2016. He was previously President and Chief Executive Officer until January 2022 and prior to that he served as Plexus’ Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from 2013 until 2016, and its Executive Vice President - Global Customer Services prior thereto. Todd joined Plexus in 1994 as a Design Engineer in the Company’s Engineering Solutions Group, and has held various other positions with increasing responsibility since that time, including Senior Vice President - Global Customer Services and Senior Vice President - Engineering Solutions. He is also a Director of Steelcase Inc., a global provider of workplace products, furnishings and services.
Todd earned a B.S. and a M.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
Randy Martinez
Director
Randy served as President and Chief Executive Officer of MTS Systems Corporation, a leading global supplier of advanced test systems, motion simulators and precision sensors, until 2021. Prior thereto, Randy served in several leadership roles at AAR Corporation, a provider of aviation services to the worldwide commercial aviation and aerospace & defense industries, including President & CEO of the Airlift Group and Group Vice President, Aviation Services.
Randy served with distinction in the U.S. Air Force for 21 years, retiring as a Colonel and Command Pilot and having held a wide variety of leadership roles, including command and senior staff positions. He also holds Master of Science degrees from the University of Arkansas and the National Defense University.
Joel Quadracci
Director
Joel has served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Quad/Graphics, Inc., a worldwide marketing solutions partner, since 2010. Joel joined Quad in 1991 and, prior to assuming his current role, served in various other positions with increasing responsibility including Senior Vice President of Sales & Administration and President and Chief Operating Officer.
Joel received a B.A. in Philosophy from Skidmore College in 1991.
Karen Rapp
Director
Karen retired as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of National Instruments Corp., a producer of automated test equipment and virtual instrumentation software, in 2023. She served in this role since 2017. Karen also previously served as National Instruments' Treasurer. Prior thereto, she served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at NXP Semiconductors N.V., a global semiconductor company and a long-standing supplier in the industry, where she led the integration efforts for the NXP/Freescale Semiconductor, Ltd. merger, from 2015 to 2017. Prior to the merger, Karen held several leadership positions at Freescale with increasing responsibility, including Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Director of Operations and Finance, Global Sales and Marketing, Director of Finance, Supply Chain, and Director of Finance, Continuous Development. Karen is also a Director of Microchip Technology Incorporated, a leading provider of smart, connected and secure embedded control solutions, as well as a member of its Audit Committee.
Karen holds an M.B.A from The University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. in Finance from Northern Illinois University.
Paul Rooke
Director, Chair of the Governance and Sustainability Committee
Paul retired as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, as well as a Director, of Lexmark International, Inc., a provider of document imaging and enterprise software solutions, in 2016. Paul also previously served as President of Lexmark. Prior to becoming President and CEO of Lexmark in 2010, he held several leadership positions with increasing responsibility, including Executive Vice President and President, Imaging Solutions, Executive Vice President and President, Printing Solutions and Services, and Vice President and President, Business Printer.
Paul holds an M.B.A. from the University of Kentucky and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
Michael Schrock
Lead Director
Michael, who has served as the Lead Director of Plexus’ board since 2013, has served as a Senior Advisor and Operating Consultant to Oak Hill Capital Partners, a private equity firm, since 2014. Prior thereto, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Pentair LLC, a global water, fluid, thermal management, and equipment protection company. Michael also serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Atkore International Group Inc., a manufacturer of electrical raceway products and mechanical products and solutions.
Michael earned a B.S. from Bradley University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
Jennifer Wuamett
Director
Jennifer is Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Sustainability Officer of NXP Semiconductors N.V., a global semiconductor company and a long-standing supplier in the industry. She is responsible for worldwide legal, governance, compliance and intellectual property matters for NXP. Jennifer also leads NXP’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) and enterprise risk programs. She has over twenty-five years of experience in the electronics industry. She joined NXP in 2015 with the merger of Freescale Semiconductor, Ltd., to become NXP’s Deputy General Counsel and Chief Intellectual Property Officer. Before joining NXP, she was Freescale’s General Counsel and Chief Intellectual Property Officer. Prior to joining Freescale, Jenniferworked for Motorola starting in 1997 focusing on intellectual property and complex transactions. Before joining Motorola, she was an attorney in private practice with the law firm Quarles & Brady.
Jennifer earned a B.A. in Chemistry and Biology from McDaniel College and a J.D. from Arizona State University.
