I moved my car from one bay to another because the line I was in was taking a long time. A car came after me and was taken before me. When I moved a staff member came over and told me I couldn’t move and had to go back, so I did. About 5 minutes later a different staff member, a young lady, came over and told me to move back over to the other lane I told the lady I was just over there and was told to move, that it appears to me the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. She replied if I didn’t like it I could get my oil changed somewhere else. Kudos to Valvoline’s training program. I wonder how valvoline would have survived if they employed that attitude from the very beginning. Well Valvoline got my $157.00 for my oil change this time.Thanks for listening
